When you complete your order, a pre-order will be created and a confirmation will be sent to your email. Upon receipt of your pre-order, a proforma invoice will be sent to you, which will include shipping costs based on the size and weight of the package and the destination country.
The proforma invoice will also contain detailed payment instructions. Payment options may include bank transfer, PayPal, card payment or cash payment (subject to available options by the merchant).
Please note that the order will be dispatched once the payment is received!
Unless otherwise stated, items are in stock at the supplier and will be dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. The delivery within EU should take between 3 and 5 days. So you can expect your items within a week since order.
Special group orders: In some cases, a group delivery will be organized. In that case, the orders will be collected and delivered to a certain location all together. This way we will be able to decrease the delivery costs. When available, those options will be clearly marked.
